REL will establish Kingdom Education Centers providing the Trees of Righteouusness Biblical Curriculum (TORBC). The curriculum functions for the sole purpose of establishing a culture of Kingdom education wihin the Kingdom communities of the church.

The Trees of Righteousness Biblical Curriculum endeavours not only to impart through
systematic education the living realities of salvation and entrance into the kingdom. But also
impart a Kingdom culture of education in order to remain relevant for service in the Kingdom.

The impartation of a Kingdom education within the student as a culture is the fruit of the KEC mandate. The primary objective is to fulfil the following:

• To actively convey through the culture of Kingdom education the manifold wisdom of God.
• To provide a systematic curriculum of education, which develops individuals in the
  culture of Kingdom education and initiatives.
• To establish and provide resources by which the culture of Kingdom education, can be enhanced and developed in kingdom life.

KCC stands for Kingdom Community Collaboratives. Students who complete the TORBC
through a Kingdom Education Center have entitlement to full citizenship within the REL
framework by becoming part of the corporate elect.

The corporate elect are citizens also comprising of local territorial KCC communities. The
corporate elect synergize through the KCC web portal and support the KCC mandate of
colabouring to expand governance.

The KCC web portal is devised of an architecture not disimilar to a governing and judicial
entity. Corporate Elect members sit on the two main governing bodies under the Ecclesia
umbrella.

The first governing body is the Embassy which is made up of Corporate Elders. The second
governing body is the House of Representatives made up of KCC Deacons & KEC Alumni
Students. The governing bodies exist to actively participate within the legislative process of
defining Kingdom Citizenship and thus pro-actively colabour to express Kingdom virtues.

The KCC portal also exists to galvanize apostolic thinking and enhance proactive fellowship
through devising collaborative and initiative works subject to prophetic kingdom auspices.

The purpose of the Kingdom Community Collabortive is to serve through the prophetic the
following:

Edification, Exhortation and Comfort.

SKI stands for Strategic Kingdom Initiatives. The corporate elect are empowered to establish
prophetic Kingdom-based initiatives which expand God’s government in the earth. The initiative
environment provides an effective place for the planning, development and deployment of
Kingdom Initiatives.

Corporate Elect members can support these initiatives through education, aids of varying kinds,
hands-on skills or finance. The SKI environment recognises that Kingdom initiatives take place
dynamically within the body of the church.

Corporate Elect citizens are inspired to administer Christ in all facets of life. The SKI
environment will assess initiatives submited from the corporate elect. Based upon certification,
initiatives will be submitted into the SKI environment for specific support from the resource
pool.

The SKI environment will serve a specific model of planning and implementation in order to
effectively enable the sharing of resources for initiatives. Certified SKI’s will be profiled through
the KCC Web Portal.
