The SKI Initiative division strategizes to develop and fulfill REL corporate SKI objectives. Headed by the Chief Strategic Officer, the division comprises of the Initiative Development Department, The department functions to certify submitted initiatives for specific support from the resource pool. The department facilitates the planning and implementation in order to effectively enable the sharing of resources.

Corporate Elect members can support these initiatives through education, aids of varying kinds, hands-on skills or finance. The SKI environment recognises that Kingdom initiatives take place dynamically within the body of the corporate elect.
